
Dr. Wiedenman is a postdoctoral research associate at the Washington University Implementation Science Center for Cancer Control. He received his M.P.H. and Ph.D. in Health Education from Southern Illinois University Carbonale. He also holds a masters degree in exercise science from the University of South Dakota. He most recently worked for the SIU School of Medicine Center for Rural Health and Social Service Development managing a HRSA Delta States Grant focused on improving physical and mental health outcomes among school-aged youth in southern Illinois. Growing up in Huron, South Dakota, Eric is a lifelong resident of rural America; he is dedicated to improving the health of rural individuals through skill acquisition, community and social support, education, and policy development.
