Christine Marx, MA, brings over 15 years of experience in managing complex, community-focused, academic research studies.  As Senior Public Health Research Coordinator in the Division of Public Health Sciences, she oversees multiple research projects, developing and enforcing program project timelines, planning scientific team meetings, directing and fulfilling reporting requirements in conjunction with funders.  She acts as the primary liaison among multiple stakeholder groups and manages data for these studies. Ms. Marx integrates demographic, oncologic, and built environment data in preparation for statistical analysis; she also has experience and training in geographic-based analyses and focuses on rural and medically underserved areas for understanding patient context and implications for geographic health disparities.  Ms. Marx is also a breast cancer survivor, and values the integration of her oncology experience with her research responsibilities.  She is active in local cancer advocacy and support groups, serves as a patient representative on research studies, and is an active member of the Siteman Cancer Center Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC).
